INFRASTRUCTURE & LAB FACILITIES

The department has well equipped laboratories with 320 systems to cater to the needs of the students. The laboratories are operational with specialized software packages as prescribed by the university. Extra care has been taken for the lifelong personal and professional development of the students. The laboratories foster educational resources to keep pace with innovations in the field.

1. COMPUTER PRACTICES LAB

The objective of the lab is to provide the basic knowledge about Unix commands. The lab is equipped with 60 systems which has the configuration (Intel core 2 Duo/2GB DDR3 RAM) with all the needed software (Linux Mint, Libre Office , Python, C, C++, Java).

2. DATA STRUCTURES LAB

The lab imparts the programming knowledge of students. The lab is equipped with 60 systems which has the latest configuration (Intel core i5 Processor/8GB DDR3 RAM/ 500 GB Sata HDD) with all the needed software (Ubuntu, Libre Office, Python, C, C++, , Java, Eclipse, Netbeans, Tomcat Apache, MySQL).
